Jamaican Fritters

- 5g of salt
- 120ml of water

Bring 2 liters of water with 8g of salt to a boil in a large pot.

In a bowl, mix 250g of flour with 5g of salt. Gradually add 120ml of water and knead the dough until it's smooth.

Divide the dough into equal portions. Shape each portion into a ball and then flatten it slightly with your palm to create a thick disk.

Gently drop the fritters into boiling water one by one. Stir regularly with a wooden spoon to prevent them from sticking.
