  • 5 slices of galangal
  • 6 coriander roots
  • 3 combava leaves
  • 6 large shrimp
  • 3 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 6 small green chilies
  • 4 tablespoons lime juice
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

    Bring chicken broth to a boil in a medium-sized pot.

    Add lemongrass, galangal, coriander roots and combava leaves. Simmer for 2 minutes.
