Directions
- 1
Add the eggs, warm milk, vegetable oil, sugar, salt, and crumbled yeast to a blender. Blend on medium speed for about 30 seconds until completely smooth and frothy.
- 2
Place the flour in a large mixing bowl and make a well in the center. Pour in the blender mixture and stir vigorously with a wooden spoon until the batter is smooth and bubbles start to appear on the surface.
- 3
Grease and flour a 9×5-inch (23×13 cm) loaf pan. Pour in the batter, smooth the top, and cover with a clean kitchen towel. Let rise in a warm spot until the dough rises just above the rim of the pan, about 45–60 minutes.
- 4
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Bake for 30–35 minutes until the top is deep golden brown. Turn out onto a wire rack and cool completely before slicing.
💡 Chef's Tip
Knocking on the bottom of the unmolded loaf should produce a hollow sound — that's how you know it's fully baked. If the crust browns too quickly, tent it loosely with foil halfway through baking. Slice only once fully cooled for the best texture.
