  • 5.3 oz Goat cheese
  • 1 sheet Puff pastry
  • 1 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Pinch Thyme
  • Pinch Salt
  • Pinch Pepper

Directions

    Sauté the cherry tomatoes with olive oil, brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, thyme, salt, and pepper for 5 minutes.

    Arrange the caramelized tomatoes in a baking dish. Add the crumbled goat cheese.

    Cover with the puff pastry, sealing the edges well.

    Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25–30 minutes, until the pastry is golden brown.
