- 1 sheet Puff pastry
- 1 tbsp Brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Pinch Thyme
- Pinch Salt
- Pinch Pepper

Sauté the cherry tomatoes with olive oil, brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, thyme, salt, and pepper for 5 minutes.
