  • 10.6 oz Calamari rings
  • 10.6 oz Mussels, cleaned
  • 2 cups Paella rice (or Arborio rice)
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 Red bell pepper
  • 1 Yellow bell pepper
  • 2 cups Diced tomatoes
  • 5 cups Fish or vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp Saffron or turmeric
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 bunch Fresh parsley

    Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil.
