- 14.1 oz Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 10.6 oz Calamari rings
- 10.6 oz Mussels, cleaned
- 2 cups Paella rice (or Arborio rice)
- 1 medium Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 Red bell pepper
- 1 Yellow bell pepper
- 2 cups Diced tomatoes
- 5 cups Fish or vegetable broth
- 1 tsp Saffron or turmeric
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Lemon
- 1 bunch Fresh parsley

Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil.
