Chicken with Orange and Honey

- 8 pieces Chicken thighs with skin
- 1 cup Fresh orange juice
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 3.4 tablespoons Dry white wine
- 2 cloves Garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon Fresh thyme
- 1 teaspoon Fresh rosemary
- To taste Salt
- To taste Black pepper, ground
- 4 tablespoons Olive oil
- 17.6 oz Baby potatoes

Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, garlic, thyme, and rosemary. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

In a large hot skillet, heat the olive oil and sear the chicken thighs skin-side down until golden and crispy.

Flip the chicken thighs and brown the other side.

Add the white wine and let it reduce slightly.

Stir in the orange juice and honey, mixing well.

Wash the potatoes, cut them in half if large, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.

💡 Chef's Tip
For even crispier skin, do not cover the dish in the oven. You can prepare the marinade the night before. Serve hot with a glass of the same white wine used.
