  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or blend)
  • 6 to 8 slices calabresa sausage, thinly sliced
  • 0.5 red onion, sliced into rings
  • 2 tbsp bacon bits, sautéed
  • 1 pinch dried oregano
  • 1 drizzle olive oil (optional)
