- 5.3 oz Cooked shredded meat
- 1 Finely chopped onion
- 4.2 cups Vegetable oil for frying
- Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare the filling by mixing the shredded cheese, cooked shredded meat, and finely chopped onion.

Fold into a triangle and seal the edges well.
