  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 4 cups peanut or sunflower oil (for frying)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • Piping bag with a star tip (5/16 inch diameter)
  • Kitchen scissors or knife
