10
  • 1 can (14 oz / 397 g) sweetened condensed milk
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • Butter for greasing the pan
  • Chocolate sprinkles for topping

Directions

  1. 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Generously grease a Bundt pan or round pudding mold with butter.

  2. 2

Combine the condensed milk, heavy cream, sugar, cocoa powder, eggs, and butter in a blender. Blend for 1–2 minutes until completely smooth and homogeneous.

  3. 3

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 40 minutes, until the flan is set and slightly firm to the touch.

  4. 4

Allow to cool for 10 minutes, then carefully invert onto a serving plate.

  5. 5

Shower generously with chocolate sprinkles and serve at room temperature or slightly chilled.

💡 Chef's Tip

Run a thin knife around the edges before unmolding to ensure a clean release. Swap sprinkles for dark chocolate shavings or a warm ganache drizzle for a more elegant finish.
