- 2 cups filtered water
- ¾ cup fresh fruit juice (beet, orange, strawberry, kiwi)
- 0.7 oz natural sweetener (stevia or erythritol)
- ¾ cup light sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp natural vanilla extract
- 5.3 oz fresh fruit (strawberries, kiwi, blueberries)

Pour 2 cups of water into a saucepan and heat to 140°F (do not boil).

Whisk the gelatin or collagen into the warm water, stirring gently for 5 minutes until completely dissolved.

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions. Add a different fruit juice (beet, orange, strawberry, kiwi) and the sweetener to each portion.
