- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup Grand Marnier
- 1 cup heavy cream (very cold)
- 1/4 cup sour cream

Hull the strawberries and cut them into quarters. Place them in a mixing bowl.

Add the sugar and Grand Marnier, then toss gently. Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours, stirring once or twice.

In a large bowl, whip the very cold heavy cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
