- 9 tablespoons fine cornmeal
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup (250 ml) neutral vegetable oil
- 2 cups (400 g) granulated sugar

- 1 tablespoon baking powder

Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a square baking pan or Bundt pan.

Combine the eggs and sugar in a blender and blend for 1 to 2 minutes until smooth and slightly foamy.

Add the entire can of corn with its liquid, the oil, cornmeal, and salt. Blend again until the batter is completely uniform.

Pour the batter into a large bowl and gently fold in the baking powder with a spatula using slow circular motions — avoid over-mixing.
