🛒 Ingredients

4 servings

4
  • 4 small pita breads
  • 4 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 150 g shredded mozzarella
  • dried oregano, to taste
  • optional toppings: olives, bell peppers, corn, ham...

Directions

  1. 1

Place the pita breads flat on a cutting board and spread a thin layer of tomato sauce evenly over the surface.

  2. 2

Top with shredded mozzarella, add your chosen toppings, and finish with a pinch of dried oregano.

  3. 3

Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C (355 °F). Place the mini pizzas in the basket in a single layer.

  4. 4

Cook for 5–7 minutes at 180–200 °C until the cheese is fully melted and the pita edges are golden and crispy. Let cool for 1 minute before serving.

💡 Chef's Tip

Set up a toppings station with small bowls so kids can build their own pizzas — it makes the activity twice as fun. For extra crunch, increase to 200 °C for the last 2 minutes.
