🛒 Ingredients

10 servings

10
  • 2 cans sweetened condensed milk (about 28 oz / 800 g)
  • 2 cans heavy cream (about 14 oz / 400 g)
  • 6 tablespoons strawberry syrup or strawberry-flavored drink powder
  • 14 oz (400 g) fresh strawberries

Directions

  1. 1

Wash, hull, and dice the strawberries into small pieces. Set a few whole ones aside for garnish.

  2. 2

Add the condensed milk, heavy cream, and strawberry syrup to a blender. Blend for 2–3 minutes until the mixture is completely smooth and well combined.

  3. 3

Pour the cream into a large bowl or individual serving cups, then gently fold in the diced strawberries.

  4. 4

For a creamy, soft mousse refrigerate for at least 2 hours. For a firmer, frozen texture place in the freezer for 4 hours. Garnish with reserved strawberries before serving.

💡 Chef's Tip

Swap the syrup for fresh strawberry purée for a more intense, natural flavor. This dessert keeps well in the freezer for up to 3 days — let it thaw for 10 minutes before serving.
