- 14 oz pasta (penne or spaghetti)
- 14 oz tomato sauce
- 10.5 oz cherry tomatoes
- 5 oz cheese (mozzarella or parmesan)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- a few fresh herbs (basil)

Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add the pasta with salt. Cook al dente according to package instructions.

Meanwhile, sauté the garlic in olive oil and add the tomato sauce. Let simmer for 5-7 minutes.

Add the cherry tomatoes to the sauce and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes.

Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce. Mix well.

💡 Chef's Tip
For a creamier sauce, add a little sour cream or crème fraîche or milk. You can use shredded cheese for faster melting.
