- 14 oz whole wheat pasta
- 9 oz fresh salmon fillet
- 2 medium zucchini
- 10.5 oz fresh broccoli
- 2 fresh lemons
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the whole wheat pasta according to the package instructions.

Cut the zucchini into half-moons and the broccoli into small florets. Cut the salmon into uniform bite-sized pieces.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté the salmon for 3-4 minutes on each side.

Add the vegetables and cook for 5-6 minutes until tender.

💡 Chef's Tip
For extra speed, use smoked salmon. Do not overcook the salmon so it remains tender. Frozen vegetables work well too. Finish with fresh herbs or an extra squeeze of lemon.
