🛒 Ingredients

15 servings

15
  • 2 small papayas
  • 1 medium orange
  • 5 bananas
  • 2 apples
  • 5 ripe strawberries
  • 1 peach
  • 10 grapes (any variety)
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (optional)
  • 10 ice cubes
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. 1

Peel and dice all fruits into similar-sized pieces. Cut the orange into smaller chunks so it releases its juice evenly without making the salad too tangy.

  2. 2

Combine all the fruits in a large deep bowl. Drizzle with condensed milk if using, sprinkle with cinnamon, add the ice cubes, and stir gently for a few seconds.

  3. 3

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and serve chilled.

💡 Chef's Tip

Swap condensed milk for a drizzle of honey and fresh mint leaves for a lighter version. Feel free to add kiwi, mango, or any seasonal fruit you love.
