Light, tangy, and impossibly creamy — these no-bake lemon cups are the kind of dessert that disappears before you know it. Silky lemon cream layered with soft ladyfinger biscuits and topped with white chocolate shavings makes every spoonful a delight. Ready in minutes, chilled to perfection.

🛒 Ingredients

6 servings

6
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can (7 oz) light cream or table cream
  • Juice of 3 lemons (about ⅓ cup / 80 ml)
  • 3.5 oz (100 g) ladyfinger biscuits
  • 2 oz (50 g) white chocolate, grated or shaved
  • A few fresh or maraschino cherries for garnish

Directions

  1. 1

Pour the sweetened condensed milk and cream into a large bowl. Stir together with a spoon until fully combined and smooth.

  2. 2

Gradually add the lemon juice while stirring continuously — the mixture will thicken naturally as the acid reacts with the cream.

  3. 3

Spoon a layer of lemon cream into individual cups or a serving dish, filling each about one-third of the way.

  4. 4

Break the ladyfingers into pieces and lay them over the cream to form an even layer.

  5. 5

Spoon the remaining lemon cream on top, smoothing the surface with a spatula.

  6. 6

Finish with grated white chocolate and a cherry on top. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving cold.

💡 Chef's Tip

The longer it chills, the thicker and more flavourful the cream becomes. Make it the night before for best results. Swap the cherries for lemon zest or fresh berries for a different look.
