🛒 Ingredients

20 servings

20
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz / 395 g)
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 3 tablespoons whole milk powder
  • 1 can heavy cream (7 oz / 200 ml)
  • Granulated sugar or shredded coconut for coating (optional)

Directions

  1. 1

Combine the condensed milk, butter, milk powder, and heavy cream in a non-stick saucepan over medium heat.

  2. 2

Stir constantly with a wooden or silicone spatula, scraping the bottom and sides to prevent sticking.

  3. 3

Cook for 10–12 minutes until the mixture thickens and pulls away cleanly from the sides and bottom of the pan, forming a soft dough.

  4. 4

Transfer to a lightly buttered plate and allow to cool completely at room temperature for at least 30 minutes.

  5. 5

With lightly greased hands, roll into 1-inch balls and coat in granulated sugar or shredded coconut if desired.

💡 Chef's Tip

Try rolling in white chocolate sprinkles or crushed graham crackers for a fun twist. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
