  • 1 small Broccoli head
  • 7 oz Button mushrooms
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 0.85 cups Heavy cream or half-and-half
  • 3.5 oz Shredded cheese
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Nutmeg, optional

    Blanch the broccoli for 3 minutes in boiling salted water, drain, and set aside.
