- 1 small Broccoli head
- 7 oz Button mushrooms
- 1 Onion
- 1 clove Garlic
- 0.85 cups Heavy cream or half-and-half
- 3.5 oz Shredded cheese
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste

Blanch the broccoli for 3 minutes in boiling salted water, drain, and set aside.

In a hot skillet, sauté the beef with the onion and garlic until browned. Season with salt and pepper.

Add the sliced mushrooms to the meat and cook for a few minutes until they release their liquid and turn golden.
