Creamy Baked Coconut Cocada
A creamy, golden baked coconut cocada that sets like a soft coconut custard and caramelizes gently in the oven. Everything goes into the blender, then the dish bakes while the whole kitchen smells wonderful. A lovely Brazilian dessert to end a meal on a sweet note.

Bake for about 30 minutes until golden on top and just set in the center. Let cool slightly before cutting into squares.
💡 Chef's Tip
For extra aroma, add a teaspoon of vanilla or a pinch of cinnamon. The cocada firms up as it cools, so take it out when the center still jiggles slightly.
