🛒 Ingredients

10 servings

10
  • 1 kg frozen açaí pulp
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 400 ml guaraná syrup (or sparkling grape juice)
  • Crunchy granola
  • Shredded coconut
  • Crushed peanuts
  • Chocolate balls
  • Chocolate cereal (Cocoa Puffs style)
  • Chocolate sprinkles
  • Ovomaltine / Ovaltine powder
  • Powdered milk
  • Colourful candy sprinkles
  • Ice cream topping syrup (caramel or chocolate)

Directions

  1. 1

Blend the frozen açaí pulp with the banana and guaraná syrup until completely smooth and creamy.

  2. 2

Pour the mixture into a container and freeze for 20–30 minutes to firm up the texture.

  3. 3

Set up your toppings in small bowls so everyone can customise their own cup.

  4. 4

Fill serving cups or glasses halfway with the açaí cream.

  5. 5

Add your chosen toppings generously — granola, chocolate balls, coconut, peanuts — then top up with more açaí.

  6. 6

Finish with a drizzle of ice cream syrup and a dusting of Ovaltine powder.

💡 Chef's Tip

Make the açaí base ahead of time and keep it frozen for up to 3 days. Let it sit for 5 minutes at room temperature before scooping for the perfect consistency. Swap guaraná syrup for apple juice for a lighter version.
