🛒 Ingredients

2 servings

2
  • 200 g (7 oz) whole milk powder
  • 2 × 200 ml (¾ cup each) cold heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cans (14 oz / 397 g each) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon ice cream emulsifier or whipped cream stabilizer

Directions

  1. 1

Add the milk powder, cold heavy cream, and sweetened condensed milk to the bowl of a stand or hand mixer.

  2. 2

Beat on medium speed until the mixture is completely smooth and lump-free.

  3. 3

Add the emulsifier and beat on high speed until the volume doubles and the frosting becomes lighter in color and fluffy.

  4. 4

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before applying to your cake.

  5. 5

Spread or pipe over your cakes as filling or topping as desired.

  6. 6

For an extra indulgent finish, sprinkle white chocolate shavings generously over the frosting.

💡 Chef's Tip

Keep your heavy cream very cold — pop it in the freezer for 10 minutes before whipping for best results. The emulsifier can be swapped for a tablespoon of mascarpone for extra stability. Store covered in the fridge for up to 3 days.
