🛒 Ingredients

1 servings

1
  • 150 g (⅔ cup) unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
  • 1 can (395 g / 14 oz) sweetened condensed milk, well chilled
  • 200 g (¾ cup) heavy whipping cream, well chilled
  • 300 g (2⅔ cups) whole milk powder (Ninho or any full-fat brand)

Directions

  1. 1

Make sure your butter is properly softened — it should leave an indent when pressed but not feel greasy. Using a hand or stand mixer, beat the softened butter and chilled condensed milk together on medium speed until smooth and creamy.

  2. 2

Before adding the milk powder to the mixer, stir it in gently with a spatula first to prevent it from puffing up. Then add the chilled heavy cream along with the milk powder and beat on medium until the mixture is thick, uniform, and fluffy.

  3. 3

Transfer the filling to a clean bowl and press plastic wrap directly onto the surface to prevent a skin from forming.

  4. 4

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before use. The filling will firm up beautifully and can be spread, piped, or scooped as needed.

💡 Chef's Tip

Chill your condensed milk and cream beforehand — cold ingredients help the filling set faster and hold its shape longer. For a thicker consistency, add up to 350 g of milk powder.
