🛒 Ingredients

10 servings

10
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz / 397 g)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup heavy cream (200 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Butter (for greasing the pan)

Directions

  1. 1

Combine condensed milk, egg, flour, heavy cream, and baking powder in a blender. Blend on medium speed until the batter is completely smooth and lump-free.

  2. 2

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt a pat of butter, swirling to coat the surface evenly.

  3. 3

Pour a ladleful of batter and tilt the pan to spread it into a thin, even layer. Cook for 2–3 minutes until bubbles form across the surface.

  4. 4

Flip carefully and cook for another 1–2 minutes until golden on both sides.

  5. 5

Top with your favourite accompaniment — sliced strawberries and cream, dulce de leche, Nutella, or fresh fruit — and serve warm.

💡 Chef's Tip

For extra-thin crepe-style pancakes, stir in 2–3 tablespoons of milk to loosen the batter. Stack finished pancakes on a warm plate covered with a clean towel to keep them soft.
