  • 7 oz fresh raw salmon
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 cucumber
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 3 cups frying oil
  • 3 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 3/4 oz pickled ginger

    Prepare the sweet soy sauce by mixing the soy sauce, sugar, and rice vinegar. Set aside.
