🛒 Ingredients

8 servings

8
  • 1 fresh pineapple
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz / 395 g)
  • 1 can heavy cream (10 oz / 300 g), drained
  • 1 packet pineapple-flavored gelatin
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup water (200 ml)

Directions

  1. 1

Peel the pineapple, remove the core, and cut the flesh into small chunks. Place in a saucepan with water and sugar, bring to a boil over medium heat, then remove from heat and allow to cool until just warm.

  2. 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, well-drained heavy cream, and pineapple gelatin powder. Whisk until the mixture is completely smooth.

  3. 3

Gently fold the warm pineapple pieces into the cream mixture, stirring carefully to keep the chunks intact.

  4. 4

Pour into a lightly greased mold or individual glasses, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 8 hours before serving cold.

💡 Chef's Tip

Make sure to drain the heavy cream thoroughly before mixing to prevent excess liquid from thinning the dessert. Garnish with fresh mint leaves or toasted coconut flakes for a beautiful presentation.
