🛒 Ingredients

10 servings

10
  • 200 g (¾ cup) heavy whipping cream
  • 8 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Chocolate sprinkles for coating
  • 1 pinch of sea salt

Directions

  1. 1

In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the butter and cocoa powder, stirring constantly for 2–3 minutes until the butter is fully melted and the mixture is smooth and fragrant.

  2. 2

Remove from heat and slowly pour in the heavy cream, whisking continuously until you have a glossy, lump-free ganache.

  3. 3

Transfer to a shallow dish, let cool for 15 minutes at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.

  4. 4

With lightly buttered hands, roll small portions into balls and coat them evenly in chocolate sprinkles. Serve chilled.

💡 Chef's Tip

Use full-fat heavy cream for the creamiest result. Chill the mixture overnight for even firmer truffles that are easier to roll.
