🛒 Ingredients

2 servings

2
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 4 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. 1

In a small saucepan, combine the heavy cream, sugar, and sifted cocoa powder.

  2. 2

Whisk together until smooth and completely lump-free.

  3. 3

Heat over low heat, stirring continuously with a spatula for 5–8 minutes, until the ganache thickens to a coating consistency.

  4. 4

Remove from heat, stir in the vanilla extract, and let cool slightly before using.

💡 Chef's Tip

For a lighter texture, substitute half the cream with whole milk. Store in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to 3 days — reheat gently before serving.
