🛒 Ingredients

1 servings

1
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz / 397 g)
  • 1½ cups heavy whipping cream
  • 15 praline chocolate truffles (e.g. Ferrero Rocher)

Directions

  1. 1

Blend the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and 10 chocolate truffles in a blender until smooth and creamy.

  2. 2

Roughly chop the remaining 5 truffles into small pieces and set aside.

  3. 3

Pour the blended cream into a saucepan and heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened.

  4. 4

Remove from heat and let cool for about 10 minutes.

  5. 5

Fold in the reserved chopped truffles and stir gently to combine.

  6. 6

Use as a cake filling between layers or spread over the top as a frosting.

  7. 7

Serve chilled or at room temperature; pairs beautifully with fresh berries.

💡 Chef's Tip

For a richer flavour, swap the praline truffles for dark chocolate truffles. Store covered in the fridge for up to 3 days.
