🛒 Ingredients

30 servings

30
  • 3 cans sweetened condensed milk (14 oz / 400 g each)
  • 1 packet lemon-flavored gelatin powder (3 oz / 85 g)
  • Juice of 1 fresh lemon, strained
  • 200 g (7 oz) peanut shortbread cookies or peanut brittle, finely crushed
  • 200 g (7 oz) full-fat dry milk powder

Directions

  1. 1

Lemon filling: strain the lemon juice to remove seeds. Combine one can of condensed milk, the lemon gelatin powder, and the lemon juice in a blender, then blend until completely smooth and creamy.

  2. 2

Peanut filling: crush the peanut cookies or brittle into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin. Mix thoroughly with one can of condensed milk until you get a uniform, pliable dough that holds its shape.

  3. 3

Milk powder filling: combine the dry milk powder with the remaining can of condensed milk in a bowl. Work the mixture by hand or with a spatula until smooth, soft, and non-sticky — it should be easy to roll into balls.

  4. 4

Refrigerate each filling for 20–30 minutes before assembling your truffles for the best texture and flavor.

💡 Chef's Tip

Dip the finished truffles in melted dark chocolate for a professional finish. Each filling keeps in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
