  • 1 pot plain yogurt (keep the empty pot as your measuring cup)
  • 2 pots granulated sugar
  • 2 pots all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 pot neutral vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder

    Preheat oven to 350 °F (180 °C).

    Pour yogurt into the blender and set the empty pot aside to measure the remaining ingredients.

    Add sugar, flour, oil, and eggs to the blender.
