🛒 Ingredients

12 servings

12
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (about 14 oz / 395 g)
  • 1 can (same measure) whole milk
  • 1 can (same measure) coconut milk
  • 1 can (same measure) all-purpose flour
  • ½ can (same measure) granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons margarine or melted butter

Directions

  1. 1

Preheat your oven to 350 °F (180 °C). Grease and flour a 9-inch (24 cm) round baking pan.

  2. 2

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high for 2–3 minutes until completely smooth.

  3. 3

Pour the batter into the prepared pan.

  4. 4

Bake for 35–40 minutes, until the top is golden brown and the edges are set, with a slight jiggle remaining in the center.

  5. 5

Allow to cool in the pan before unmolding. The texture will be dense and creamy, similar to a firm custard.

  6. 6

Serve at room temperature or chilled. Enjoy every bite!

💡 Chef's Tip

Don't worry if the batter looks very thin — that's by design! This cake contains no leavening agent, giving it that signature dense, pudding-like consistency. For extra flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon or sprinkle toasted shredded coconut on top before baking.
