Directions
- 1
Preheat your oven to 350 °F (180 °C). Grease a Bundt or ring cake pan thoroughly with butter — do not flour it.
- 2
Add the eggs, condensed milk, whole milk, sugar, flour and melted butter to a blender. Blend on medium speed for 1–2 minutes until completely smooth.
- 3
Let the batter rest for 5 minutes to allow air bubbles to settle, which results in a denser, more even crumb.
- 4
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake on the middle rack for 40–45 minutes.
- 5
Test doneness by inserting a skewer or knife into the thickest part — it should come out clean. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then unmold onto a wire rack.
💡 Chef's Tip
Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with dulce de leche for an extra-indulgent finish. The cake keeps well for up to 3 days at room temperature, covered.
