🛒 Ingredients

16 servings

16
  • 1 packet strawberry-flavored gelatin
  • 1 packet grape-flavored gelatin
  • 1 packet lemon-flavored gelatin
  • 1 packet pineapple-flavored gelatin
  • 1 packet raspberry-flavored gelatin
  • 1 envelope (7 g) unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup (200 ml) heavy whipping cream

Directions

  1. 1

Prepare each flavored gelatin separately by dissolving each packet in 1 cup (250 ml) of boiling water, stirring for 2 minutes until fully dissolved.

  2. 2

Pour each gelatin into its own square baking dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until completely firm.

  3. 3

Remove the set gelatins from the fridge and cut into 1-inch cubes. Combine all the colorful cubes in a large serving dish and set aside.

  4. 4

In a blender, combine the heavy cream and sweetened condensed milk. Blend on high speed for about 1 minute until smooth and slightly thickened.

  5. 5

Dissolve the unflavored gelatin according to package instructions, then add it to the running blender and mix briefly to incorporate.

  6. 6

Gently pour the cream mixture over the gelatin cubes and fold carefully with a spatula to coat all the cubes without breaking them.

  7. 7

Refrigerate for at least 3 hours until fully set. Slice and serve chilled.

💡 Chef's Tip

Make the colored gelatins a day ahead to save time. For extra creaminess, substitute half the heavy cream with full-fat coconut cream.
