🛒 Ingredients

16 servings

16
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (approx. 14 oz / 395 g)
  • 6 oz (170 g) good-quality white chocolate, finely chopped
  • ¾ cup (200 ml) heavy whipping cream
  • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Directions

  1. 1

Pour the sweetened condensed milk into a heavy-bottomed saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened, about 8–10 minutes.

  2. 2

Remove from heat and immediately add the finely chopped white chocolate. Stir gently until completely melted and the mixture is perfectly smooth.

  3. 3

Add the heavy cream and vanilla extract, stirring until the frosting is creamy and well combined.

  4. 4

Allow to cool to room temperature before spreading over your cake and decorating as desired.

💡 Chef's Tip

For the smoothest result, use high-quality white chocolate with at least 30% cocoa butter. If the frosting thickens too much as it cools, stir in a splash of warm cream to loosen it.
