🛒 Ingredients

1 servings

1
  • 1 can (14 oz / 395 g) sweetened condensed milk
  • ¾ cup (200 ml) heavy cream, well chilled
  • 1¼ cups (150 g) whole milk powder
  • 4 cups (500 g) powdered sugar, sifted
  • 3 tablespoons pastry emulsifier

Directions

  1. 1

Chill the heavy cream in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before starting — cold cream is key to a stable frosting.

  2. 2

Add all ingredients to the bowl of a stand mixer or use a hand mixer: condensed milk, cold heavy cream, milk powder, powdered sugar, and emulsifier.

  3. 3

Beat on medium speed for 3 minutes until everything is combined and smooth.

  4. 4

Increase to high speed and beat for another 4–5 minutes until the frosting is thick, glossy, and holds soft peaks.

💡 Chef's Tip

Tip: The colder your cream, the faster and fluffier your frosting will be. If it's too thick, add a splash of cold milk. If too soft, mix in a little extra milk powder and beat again.
