🛒 Ingredients

4 servings

4
  • 200 g (7 oz) good-quality white chocolate, grated
  • 100 g (3.5 oz) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 can (397 g / 14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 200 ml (7 fl oz) heavy whipping cream
  • 12 tablespoons full-fat powdered milk

Directions

  1. 1

In a large bowl, combine the softened butter, sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and powdered milk.

  2. 2

Beat with an electric mixer on medium-high speed for 3–5 minutes until the mixture is smooth, light, and fluffy.

  3. 3

Gently fold in 100 g of the grated white chocolate using a spatula, using slow, enveloping motions to keep the frosting airy.

  4. 4

Spread the frosting evenly over your fully cooled cake, then scatter the remaining grated white chocolate over the top as a beautiful garnish.

💡 Chef's Tip

Make sure the butter is completely softened at room temperature before mixing — this ensures a lump-free, velvety frosting. For an extra-elegant finish, use white chocolate shavings or curls instead of grated chocolate.
