- 17.6 oz ground beef
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1.5 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2.6 oz button mushrooms
- 1 cup beef broth
- A dash of Worcestershire sauce
- 14 oz pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 egg yolk

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Heat oil in a skillet and cook ground beef for 4-5 minutes, breaking it up with a wooden spoon until browned.

Add chopped onion and cook for 2-3 minutes, then stir in tomato paste and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
