Succulent and Incredible BBQ Ribs
Ribs seasoned with aromatic spices, slow-cooked until tender and coated in homemade BBQ sauce. An irresistible, melt-in-your-mouth delight!

- 4.4 lbs pork spare ribs
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups homemade or store-bought BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp honey

Clean the ribs by removing the membrane from the back using a knife

Mix the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and salt

Generously rub the spice mixture on both sides of the ribs

Place the ribs in a baking dish and cover with aluminum foil

Bake at 300°F for 3 hours (or 2.5 hours for more caramelization)

Remove the aluminum foil, brush with BBQ sauce and honey

Bake for an additional 30 minutes uncovered until caramelized

Let rest for 10 minutes before serving

For even juicier ribs, season them the day before. Homemade sauce made with ketchup, molasses, vinegar, and spices yields a superior result!
