- 3.5 oz button mushrooms
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1.75 oz fresh spinach
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 oz mixed seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, flax)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 clove fresh garlic, minced
