  • 3.5 oz button mushrooms
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 1.75 oz fresh spinach
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 oz mixed seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, flax)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 clove fresh garlic, minced

    Dice all vegetables evenly (zucchini, mushrooms, bell pepper).
