🛒 Ingredients

4 servings

4
  • 2 cups (200 ml each) of powdered milk (about 240 g)
  • 2 cups (200 ml each) of sugar (about 320 g)
  • 1 cup (200 ml) of water
  • 1 teaspoon of margarine

Directions

  1. 1

Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend for 10 minutes, pausing halfway to let the motor rest.

  2. 2

Pour into an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before using.

  3. 3

Use it in any recipe that calls for condensed milk — fillings, puddings, toppings, and sweet treats.

💡 Chef's Tip

Keep refrigerated in a sealed jar for up to 3–4 days. For an even creamier texture, blend for 2 extra minutes after chilling.
