  • 2 packets passion fruit gelatin (about 3 oz / 85g each)
  • 2 cups (500ml) hot water
  • ½ cup (125ml) passion fruit juice
  • 2 cups (500ml) whole milk
  • 1 can (14 oz / 395g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream

Directions

  1. 1

In a large bowl, dissolve both gelatin packets completely in the hot water, stirring continuously for about 2 minutes until no granules remain.

  2. 2

Allow the gelatin mixture to cool for 5 minutes, then transfer it to a blender along with the passion fruit juice, whole milk, condensed milk, and heavy cream.

  3. 3

Blend on high speed for 2–3 minutes until the mixture is completely smooth and slightly foamy.

  4. 4

Pour the mousse into a large serving dish or individual glasses, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until fully set and firm before serving.

💡 Chef's Tip

For an extra tropical touch, spoon fresh passion fruit pulp over each serving just before bringing to the table. This mousse keeps well in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
