🛒 Ingredients

6 servings

6
  • 1 can (14 oz / 397 g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can (10 oz / 300 g) heavy whipping cream, well chilled
  • ½ cup (120 ml) fresh passion fruit juice (3–4 fruits)
  • Passion fruit seeds for garnish

Directions

  1. 1

Halve the passion fruits and strain the pulp through a fine-mesh sieve, pressing with a spoon to collect only the juice. Set the seeds aside for decoration.

  2. 2

Pour the well-chilled heavy cream and condensed milk into a blender. Blend on high speed for about 5 minutes until the mixture is smooth and slightly fluffy.

  3. 3

With the blender still running on high, slowly drizzle in the passion fruit juice in a thin, steady stream until fully incorporated and the mousse is uniform.

  4. 4

Spoon the mousse into individual serving glasses or a large bowl.

  5. 5

Garnish with the reserved passion fruit seeds and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving for the best texture.

💡 Chef's Tip

Always use very cold cream straight from the fridge — that's the secret to a light, airy texture. Strain the juice thoroughly; any pulp left on top can cause the mousse surface to crack.
