9 servings

9
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can (7 oz) heavy cream
  • 1 cup fresh passion fruit juice (about 3 passion fruits)
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 dessert spoon (about 7 g) unflavored gelatin powder
  • Fresh passion fruit seeds for garnish

Directions

  1. 1

Combine the condensed milk, heavy cream, and passion fruit juice in a blender. Blend on high speed for about 1 minute until smooth and well combined.

  2. 2

Gently heat the milk in a small saucepan until hot but not boiling. Remove from heat and whisk in the gelatin powder until completely dissolved with no lumps.

  3. 3

Pour the warm gelatin mixture into the blender and blend everything together on high for 3 full minutes until light and airy.

  4. 4

Transfer the mousse into individual serving glasses or a large serving dish. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

  5. 5

Before serving, spoon fresh passion fruit seeds over the top as a garnish for a burst of tropical flavor and beautiful presentation.

💡 Chef's Tip

For the best flavor, use freshly squeezed passion fruit juice. If you only have frozen pulp, thaw it completely before using. The mousse keeps well in the fridge for up to 3 days.
