🛒 Ingredients

12 servings

12
  • 500 g canned peaches in syrup, drained
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (about 397 g)
  • 1 cup heavy cream or thick pouring cream
  • 1 packet peach or pineapple flavored gelatin powder (about 85 g)
  • 1 cup hot water, for dissolving the gelatin
  • Fresh peach slices for garnish (optional)

Directions

  1. 1

Drain the peaches and set the syrup aside. Place the peach halves, condensed milk and cream into a blender.

  2. 2

Blend for 2 to 3 minutes until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. Leave it in the blender and set aside.

  3. 3

Dissolve the gelatin powder in a cup of hot water, stirring until no granules remain.

  4. 4

Pour the dissolved gelatin into the blender and pulse for a few seconds to combine everything evenly.

  5. 5

Transfer the mousse into a large mould or individual serving glasses. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

  6. 6

Garnish with fresh peach slices just before serving and enjoy well chilled.

💡 Chef's Tip

A squeeze of lemon juice brightens the peach flavor and balances the sweetness. For a firmer mousse that unmoulds cleanly, use the full packet of gelatin without diluting it further.
