🛒 Ingredients

6 servings

6
  • 1 can (14 oz / 395 g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup (240 ml) heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup (120 ml) fresh passion fruit juice, strained
  • Fresh passion fruit seeds for garnish (optional)

Directions

  1. 1

Halve the passion fruits and scoop out the pulp. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve to remove the seeds, pressing to extract as much juice as possible. Set a few seeds aside for garnish if desired.

  2. 2

Combine the condensed milk, heavy cream, and strained passion fruit juice in a blender. Blend on high speed for 3–4 minutes until the mixture is smooth, thick, and creamy.

  3. 3

Taste and adjust: for a tangier mousse, blend in a little extra juice, a splash at a time, until the flavor suits your preference.

  4. 4

Pour into individual serving glasses or a large bowl. Garnish with reserved seeds for a pop of color and texture.

  5. 5

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving chilled.

💡 Chef's Tip

For the lightest, fluffiest texture, make sure your cream is very cold before blending. Bottled 100% pure passion fruit juice works well when fresh fruits are out of season — just adjust the quantity to taste.
