🛒 Ingredients

6 servings

6
  • 1½ cups (150 g) powdered whole milk
  • 1¼ cups (300 ml) ice-cold water
  • 1 packet (1 oz / 30 g) fruit-flavored drink powder
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar (optional, to taste)
  • Fresh berries and mint leaves, to serve

Directions

  1. 1

Pour the ice-cold water into a blender, then add the powdered milk, fruit drink powder, and sugar if using.

  2. 2

Blend on high speed for 2–3 minutes until the mixture becomes thick, fluffy, and mousse-like — it should look similar to soft whipped cream.

  3. 3

Spoon into individual glasses or dessert cups and refrigerate for 15–20 minutes to let the mousse firm up slightly before serving.

  4. 4

Just before serving, garnish with fresh berries, a drizzle of honey, or a sprig of fresh mint for an elegant finishing touch.

💡 Chef's Tip

For an even fluffier result, add 2–3 ice cubes to the blender or use water that's been chilled in the freezer for 10 minutes. Try strawberry, mango, or passion fruit flavored powder to create a completely different dessert every time.
