🛒 Ingredients

8 servings

8
  • 1 can (14 oz / 395 g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can (7 oz / 200 g) light whipping cream
  • ¾ cup (200 ml) whole milk, very cold
  • 1 packet Tang passion fruit drink powder (or flavor of your choice)

Directions

  1. 1

Place the milk in the freezer for 15 minutes before starting so it is ice-cold — this helps the mousse achieve a lighter texture.

  2. 2

Add the condensed milk, whipping cream, cold milk, and Tang powder into a blender.

  3. 3

Blend on high speed for a full 5 minutes until the mixture is thick, airy, and mousse-like.

  4. 4

Pour into individual serving glasses or a large dessert dish.

  5. 5

Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

💡 Chef's Tip

Top with fresh passion fruit pulp or a sprinkle of lime zest just before serving for extra flair. Works beautifully with any Tang flavor — try strawberry or orange for a fun twist.
